We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not for any reason at all, you may return it.  There is a 20% restocking fee.  Exceptions are: Specialty Items and some Lingerie Items.

All items are inspected before shipment, we guarantee that when you receive your item it will not be damaged.   All items are returnable and exchangeable if there is a manufacturers defect.

Backorders and out of stock items Non-Returnable Items:

Backordered items include items that were sold out at the time you placed your order.  In the event your order has not been filled within 7 days, we will put it on backorder and notify you of the new shipping date via e-mail.  Depending on the situation, one of our representatives may contact you via telephone.  If you do not respond to our email notification, we will consider your order to be valid and the backorder acceptable by you.  We will notify you upon our shipment date.  

Most backorders are shipped within 5 - 7 days.

In the event of discontinued items, you will be notified immediately to select alternate item(s) or request a full credit.


  1.   Evening Gowns:  Sales on evening gowns are final unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made such as; exchanges for different size of same item.  Manufacturer Defects.


   2.  Costumes: Sales on costumes are final

   3.  Holiday lingerie, dresses, evening gowns and any other related items.  This covers Christmas, Valentines, Halloween, New Years Eve, 4th of July and any other Holiday not mentioned here in this section.

   4.  Bathing Suits, Panties, Panty Hose, Stockings, Thongs, G-Strings, and related items:  For everyones saftey, sales on these and related items are  final.


What we need for returns or exchanges on Lingerie Items: Instructions for Returning:
  1. The tags must stay attached, this includes return of the hanger, if applicable and originally packaging.

  2. No items can be damaged, or altered in any way.

  3. Thongs, panties, g-strings may not be returned, unless included with the lingerie. In this case the panties must stay attached to the lingerie on it's original clip.

  4. If the panties are unattached to the original garment, your return will not be accepted.

  5. You may try on the items to make sure they fit, but not the thongs or panties.

  6. Health regulations prevent us from exchanging thongs, G-Strings, underwear and related items and used merchandise for your safety. 

  7. You are responsible for the shipping fees for all exchanges and returns.

  8. After returning the order to us, please allow up to 30 days for a refund to show up in your account.



    1.   Call Klassy Lady at (951) 359-7151 for a return authorization number or email info@klassylady.com,   place this number on the outside of the package, failure to do so may  result in a refused item and package will automatically be returned to you.


    2.   Returns must be postmarked and returned within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.  You will know the day you receive your item that it will not fit or has a manufacturers defect,  your immediate email notification to us and return of the merchandise will insure a prompt credit to your account.  Your tracking number will allow you to determine the day you received your item and when you should have it postmarked to return to us.

    3.   Call for address information. 

(Remember to put the return authorization number on the outside, front of the box or envelope).  Any item returned without this number will not be accepted and your item returned to you.  It must be postmarked within the seven (7) day time frame.

Directions for Exchanges:

      1.  Follow instructions for returning an item. 


      1.  We charge shipping on most items.  Shipping is charged at time of shipment and not configured in your total sale price when you check out.  Shipping is included on items costing  $100 or more and between 1-2 lbs.  You may call our office to get approximate shipping.  We charge only the exact shipping fee to you. All items are shipped out priority mail 2-3 days.   USPS does deliver on Saturdays.

      2. We offer Express 1-2 Days Shipping up to 2 lbs. (Most areas are overnight), however, if you are considered in a rural area, it could take 2-3 days.

Envelope cost is: $14.80

Package cost is: $18.10


      3. Priority 2-3 Days - Lightweight Items

Average National Cost is $4.95 to $6.95 for up to 2 lbs.  This averages out to be 1-2 lightweight items.


      4.  Priority 2-3 Days - Heavyweight or Multiple  ItemsWhenever an item (s) exceeds the standard cost for shipping, we will ship the item in a Flat Rate box which cost only $8.10 with unlimited weight. 

Example:  One shower curtain and shower curtain hooks going to the East Coast.  This saves the customers alot in shipping fees. 

     5.  Shipping fees are not refundable.
